Bright Future Foundation:  www.brightfuturefoundation-ec.org

Bright Future Foundation

The Bright Future Foundation provides safety, planning, crisis management, and long-term family case management that provide life skills and continuing education to victims and others exposed to domestic violence and sexual assault. We also aim through education and prevention to stop the violence before it starts.

The Bright Future Foundation provides a crisis hotline that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, manned by trained advocate volunteers. We also provide a Safe House where women and children in need of immediate safety can stay and transitional housing units where women can rebuild their lives with assistance for up to two years. Our counseling department assists individuals and groups in process of identifying and understanding violence and ability to cope with life’s challenges. The Bright Future Foundation mentoring programs work both with families and youth through their process of recovery and self-discovery.

The Youth Foundation

The Youth Foundation is located in Eagle County, Colorado and was founded in 1997. Unlike any other youth service organization in Eagle County, they provide and support programs that serve economically disadvantaged youth from pre-school through college. The common theme in all of the Youth Foundation's efforts is jumping in to not only keep kids from "falling through the cracks," but lift them up through education, sports and opportunities for character development. They provide social imperative "life skills" programs including Kindergarten Readiness, After-School Literacy, The First Tee program, Academic Soccer, Neighborhood Net, the Guardian Scholars program and more, to enrich the lives of youth in Eagle County.
